If a service is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, Pacific Television Center charges will be waived. However, outside vendor charges (i.e. uplink, space, rentals, freelancers, etc.) may still apply. If a service is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the client may be liable for the entire cost of the project.
Should a service fail due to acts by Pacific Television Center, Pacific Television Center will waive all or a portion of their charges associated with the service. However, under no circumstance, is the client entitled to damages from Pacific Television Center. In addition, outside vendor charges may still apply. Should a service fail due to acts of the client or an outside vendor, regardless of who booked the outside vendor, the client is not entitled to any damages from Pacific Television Center. In addition, Pacific Television Center charges may still apply.
In addition to costs included in our rate sheet, clients may be billed for unforeseen charges including, but not limited to, Switch Charges, Hub Access Charges, Local Loop Charges and taxes. These costs are often not known at the time of booking.
Unless in writing, quotes are intended as an estimated guideline only and are typically valid for 72 hours. In order to receive the quoted price at the time of booking, the client must provide the name of the contact at Pacific Television Center that supplied the quote.
Approximate-out times must be good-nighted with Pacific Television Center at +1 310-287-3800. Failure to do so will result in full charges associated with approximate-out time regardless of actual use.
When challenged, a client has 24 hours to confirm or release the held studio time. Should the client confirm and then cancel for any reason, they will be charged for the entire cost of the service.
Unless challenged, inquiry reservations are held up to 24 hours prior to the service. If not confirmed by the client, reservation may be canceled at Pacific Television Center’s sole discretion.
Provision of Services
Pacific Television Center reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity.
Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are issued and must be paid in US Dollars.
Pacific Television Center is not responsible for tapes left at their facilities for more than 30 days. Owners of all tapes are responsible for shipping and handling costs for the return of such tapes.
